Okay. Today is the first day of my blog, "A Healthier Me". I'm new to blogging, so here it goes! My goal with this blog is to track my progress and encourage others to make healthier changes in their lifestyles. My first weigh in was the day before Thanksgiving (11/24/10). As of this morning, I have lost 1.6 pounds.
This morning, I walked 1 mile of Leslie Sansone's 5 Day Slim Down. My husband and I are also drinking the Crystal Light + Metabolism. Our goal is to drink 3, which accounts for 4 of the eight glasses of water I should drink.
